International Yoga Day 2025: Breathe. Stretch.
Refresh.
On 19
th
June 2025, our team came together to celebrate
International Yoga Day, embracing the ancient practice that
nurtures both mind and body.
Under the gentle guidance of our yoga instructor
- Shikha
Jhunijhunwala- The Yoga Institute Mumbai
, employees
participated in a peaceful and energizing online yoga session
that focused on breathing techniques, mindful stretches, and
sitting postures designed to relieve stress and boost overall
well-being.
The session was a gentle reminder that wellness is not just
about work-life balance, but also about nding moments of
inner calm amidst our busy schedules.
Stay Healthy This Monsoon
As the rainy season sets in, it's important to stay mindful of seasonal illnesses that
commonly occur during this time. While we enjoy the pleasant showers, the increase in
moisture and water stagnation can lead to various infections and diseases such as colds,
u, dengue, chikungunya, pneumonia and food or water-borne illnesses.
Here are some simple precautions to help you stay safe and healthy this monsoon:
󷃆󼽢 Maintain Personal Hygiene:
Keep your workstation clean and dry to avoid fungal infections.
󷃆󼽢 Eat Safe & Healthy:
Avoid street food or unhygienic eateries to prevent food poisoning or stomach
infections.
Drink puried or boiled water to prevent waterborne diseases.
󷃆󼽢 Manage Seasonal Allergies:
If prone to cold or respiratory issues, carry appropriate medication and avoid
getting drenched in the rain.
Dry wet clothes and shoes properly to prevent fungal infections.
󷃆󼽢 Keep Your Immunity Strong:
Consume immunity-boosting foods like citrus fruits, herbal teas, and seasonal
vegetables.
